Rachelle Pavao Goldenberg, LCSW, PPSC, is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Swift Mind Care, a neuroaffirming therapy practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 20 years of direct clinical experience and an MSW from UC Berkeley, she specializes in working with Autistic and ADHD adults — particularly those who are high-masking, late-identified, or navigating the intersection of neurodivergence and cultural identity. Her clinical approach integrates neurofeedback, polyvagal-informed care, ACT, CBT, and somatic interventions, rooted in cultural appreciation and a neuroaffirmative framework. She is the author of When Your Brain Needs a Minute and brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodivergent person to her work.
